Because beach weather in Panama City Beach can change quickly, our first priority is always to reschedule your session if needed. We closely monitor radar and make weather decisions as close to session time as possible, since many predicted storms pass.
If unsafe weather prevents your session and we are unable to reschedule during your stay, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If the photographer has already arrived on location and you choose not to proceed while conditions are safe, the deposit is forfeited.
Our team model allows added flexibility with scheduling, helping protect your session whenever possible.
We recommend booking your Panama City Beach photography session 2–6 weeks in advance during peak season (March–August). Summer and holiday dates fill quickly for beach family photos, maternity sessions, and extended family portraits in PCB. Our team of photographers offers flexible scheduling, but early booking guarantees the best availability during your vacation.
We primarily photograph sessions at two beautiful Panama City Beach locations 🤍
• St. Andrews State Park — one of our most popular spots with a gorgeous pier, dunes, bathrooms, easy parking, and a wide open beach
• Beach Access 92 — located on the quieter west end of PCB with beautiful white sand and a more natural, less crowded feel
For clients wanting a more exclusive 30A experience, we also offer sessions at Grayton Beach State Park
We’re always happy to help recommend the best location based on the look you’re wanting, group size, and where you’re staying!
